It’s 100% unrefined organic coconut oil - with no bells or whistles. And, as a diaper cream, incredibly affordable. It’s naturally antibacterial and antifungal. It smells yummy. And this Spectrum brand stays pliably solid at room temperature (up to about 75 degrees) so it’s easy to spread onto babies’ bums.
