Admittedly, we had our reservations about using cloth diapers, but Diaperkind made it super easy and we're so happy we did it. Cloth diapering has come a long way and Liz and Sarah really make it user-friendly from handy demos on their website to personal emails answering any and all questions. I encourage anyone to at least give it a shot. For us, it felt really good to be doing our small part for the environment by choosing to go cloth.

Following on from previous posts, all I can say is that we're super happy with Diaperkind too. Their service makes cloth diapering so easy. They pickup right at our apartment door (that's a heavy load to a 5th floor walk-up) with no complaints. Putting the service on hold when we're away on vacation is never a problem. I'm certain we'd have given up if we had to launder diapers on our own.

I love this service! They are quick to respond to my every inquiry and the service works perfectly. I highly recommend them. Cloth diapers are so much easier than you think - especially with Diaper Kind as your service. If you have an issue with anything just ask them - they have a solution!

Diaper kind has been an amazing partner in raising our daughter. They make cloth diapering really and truly easy day to day especially when you do not have laundry facilities in your home. Our daughter has never had diaper rash. Her bum has never smelled of monkey. Diaper kind has been a 5 star business answering questions, providing tons of useful information and supporting our sometimes crazy schedule. We are sadly now moving away from NYC and will have laundry in our house (!!!) and I am looking forward to washing my own diapers with a few tips from the experts!

I knew I wanted to cloth diaper my daughter but didn't live in a building with a washer and a dryer. I'm so glad we found Diaperkind. Liz and Sarah answered many of my first-time mom questions quickly and had great suggestions for any diaper troubles we ran into. They were also quick to help us get any supplies we needed like fleece liners and doublers.

we love diaper kind! the diapers have been super clean, easy to use & i feel great about not throwing diapers in the garbage everyday! as far as the staff- they are super quick to respond to emails and phone calls. every encounter has been pleasent and thorough... really i cant say enough good things about them!

I used diaperkind for about 5 months until we moved into a place with our own washer and dryer. I have to say that i was skeptical about using them since they were the only diaper service in the area. They turned out to be very good and professional. I like how informative and communicative they were. Sarah and Liz always got back to me within a day when I had questions. They are definitely more than just a diaper service. They have a sense of community and genuinely want to help people and the environment.

I've never written a review for anything, ever, on the internet. Ever. But I am so completely thrilled with Diaperkind that I was moved to review them here. My daughter is 6 months old and we have been using Diaperkind from day 1- the service is incredibly reliable and the communication is swift and helpful. I thought cloth diapering would be much harder and less convenient than disposables, but Diaperkind has made it so easy. They give great advice whenever you have questions, and are so on top of everything. It is a fantastic business. If you want to cloth diaper your baby but you can't handle the laundry, please consider Diaperkind.

I love everything about Diaperkind! The owners are really on-it, super communicative and really nice. The diapers are soft, clean and always arrive on time. My husband wasn't sure we should take on cloth diapers but let me talk him into it. We both wouldn't do this any other way, now.
We feel so good, not throwing away tons of paper/plastic diapers every week. I can't recommend Diaperkind more highly.

we love our diaper service! it's made cloth diapering so easy. and the service we get from diaperkind goes above and beyond just cleaning diapers and providing them on a weekly basis. their website is full of useful information and the staff there are amazing! they are more than flexible, easy to get a hold of, and extremely helpful, they are friendly and nice! i recommend them to anyone who is having a baby. if you are even remotely interested in cloth diapering, go to their website and send them an email.

LOVE them! I was determined to cloth diaper for the environment and baby health, but knew that dealing with our first child with no family support would be exhausting. This has been the perfect solution. Never diaper rash, the bin doesn't smell and the diapers work just dandy. Note that they make baby have a fat bum, so go up a clothing size. When we went on vacation, Sarah and Liz promptly sorted out my queries and when things went awry (my fault), they have been prompt to respond. Great customer service and great product. Everything such a service should be.

Liz &Sarah are amazing and I couldn't be happier with Diaperkind's service. Their product and customer care is outstanding. Thank god, one less thing a new mom has to worry about.

My husband and I knew we wanted to cloth diaper our son but didn't know of any companies who provided the cleaning service. Luckily a quick google search lead us to Diaperkind. Their diapers are really soft and come back amazingly clean. Their website is full of useful information - including diapering demonstration videos - that enabled rookies like us to breeze through the process. As an added plus, both Sarah and Liz are super nice. For anyone considering cloth diapering I strongly urge you to give Diaperkind a try!

We wanted to cloth diaper our son but don't have laundry in our apartment or even our building. I was so glad to find Diaperkind! they have been great -- always picking up and dropping off on time and very helpful with our questions and very accommodating.
i would recommend them to anyone who wants to cloth diaper without the washing!!

Cloth diapers are better for the earth, so it was the way we wanted to go when our son was born. I looked around the NYC area for a diaper service. I was happy when I found Diaperkind. At the time there where not any reviews, but I reached out to the owners, and they filled me in on their business. I went with the assumption that no review was better than a bad review. I have been so happy with my choice!
I signed up for the service prior to the birth of our son. I was able to get gift certificates as shower gifts. Our son was born prematurely, and Diaperkind was so understanding and helpful. They have tiny cloth diapers for tiny babies! Liz and Sarah are great at answering questions and passing along pointers to make the diapering experience better.
The pick up and drop off is always on time. They have all the accessories that you need available on their web site.

Diaperkind is by far the best company I have ever done business with. I've never met the two ladies who run it, but feel like they are my friends nonetheless. They were so helpful from before I had my baby until now and I'm sure beyond. It feels very personal, supportive, clean(!), and even, silly as it sounds, fun :)

Amazing Service When my son arrived 5.5 weeks ahead of schedule, we had not yet even ordered diaper service for him - we still had time, right! We called diaperkind 3 days after he came home, and within one week were all set up with our starter kit. During the week before the diaper service kicked in, he was in disposables got a touch of diaper rash - after just 24 hours in diaperkind's cloth diapers, the rash cleared up almost entirely.

Diaperkind is FANTASTIC I have been using Diaperkind for over three months now, starting from the first day we brought my daughter home. Their service is always very prompt, and the diapers are delivered well stacked and easy to use and store. They best part is the customer service. The owners are available by email almost 24/7, and provided invaluable solutions to everything from diaper rash to handling dirty diapers while on vacation. I can't imagine a betterdiaper service company.

We used Diaperkind for the whole first year of my son's life, starting the day after coming home. He was born a couple of weeks early and they gladly bumped up our scheduled delivery. We would have stayed with them until potty training, but we moved out of the city. Great service!!

I have been using Diaperkind for two months. They are amazing. I signed up for the service prior to the birth of my son. After he was born, our diaper covers were too large to fit him (and didn't accommodate his umbilical cord). The owners (who are reliably SO HELPFUL!) sent us an unscheduled delivery of tiny diapers and loaner covers, which were perfect, and meant he spent less time in disposables. The diapers have always arrived on time and in excellent condition. He hasn't had any diaper rash problems at all. I absolutely love this service and can't recommend it highly enough! Totally worth the money.

We are very happy with diaperkind. I did a lot of research about cloth diapers before our son was born. I knew it was something that we wanted to do, but I also know my limits and that is why a service was our choice. The pickups have all been on time. The owners are awesome about answering questions. They really hold your hand to help get you started.
