Returns and Privacy Policy

Diaperkind Return Policy:

Purchased items must be returned per the terms below and within 14 days of receipt. Registration fees, service fees, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

For a returned item to be considered for Refund or Credit consideration, items must be packaged per the How-To Return an Item instructions below and be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unopened, with original tags and seals intact. Any item retaining odor from dirty diapers, smoke, perfume, pets, containing pet hair, or otherwise altered in any way will not be accepted. 

The refunding of Returns will be left to the discretion of Diaperkind.  If we find an item is unsuitable for return, we will hold it for you for pickup, ship it back to you (at your expense) or, if you are a service subscriber, deliver it back to you with your next service delivery.

Refunds or Credits will be processed within 7 days of receipt and will be given in the form of payment tendered, or for store credit. 

We do not process Returns for Exchange.  If you wish to exchange one item for another, please return the original item for refund consideration and then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase in its place.

How to return an item to Diaperkind

If you are a Diaper Service Subscriber:

Items to be considered for return must be accompanied by a printout of your receipt (you can find a copy of your receipt by logging in to your My Account page and reviewing your Order History).

Take your receipt printout and the item(s) you wish to return and place them inside any plastic sack. 

Using the diaper bag cord, tie the sack to the outside of your diaper bag and put out for pickup on your regularly scheduled pickup night.  Please make sure the sack is securely tied to the bag, not inside or resting on top. 

Items that are not securely fastened to your diaper bag or accompanied by a printout of your receipt may get lost in transit and therefore non-refundable.


If you are not a Diaper Service Subscriber:

Items to be considered for return must be accompanied by a printout of your receipt (you can find a copy of your receipt by logging in to your My Account page and reviewing your Order History).

Please package up your order in an appropriate box or envelope and ship it back to us (at your expense) to:  Diaperkind, 126 13th Street, Brooklyn NY 11215, ATTN: Returns

Items sent back to us that are not safely packaged or accompanied by a printout of your receipt will be accepted at our discretion.

Privacy Policy:

We only ever use your email address for weekly diaper pickup reminders or to alert you to any service changes.  And we will never share your information with any third parties.  Ever.
