What About Self-Drops or Self-Swaps?

Sometimes, life doesn't adhere to your exchange night schedule and you may be left holding the bag (quite literally). If you've got dirty diapers and won't be around for your next exchange night (or, conversely, you just missed your exchange night but have dirties), we can happily accept a self-drop.

Self-Drops (only dropping off dirties)

We have a 24/7 outdoor curbside dropoff/pickup box for exactly that. We're located at:

126 13th St (just off 3rd Ave, past Brooklyn Glass)
Brooklyn, NY 11215

(box is located at sidewalk level [just behind the flight of stairs] at the bottom of the loading dock)

See below for full address, exact location, and PADLOCK code.

Self-Swaps (dropping off dirties and picking up cleans)

Self-swaps are a bit trickier. Email us to coordinate and we'll put your cleans in the outdoor bin for you to nab at the same time you drop-off. If you're looking to swap during business hours and our outdoor bin is full, we may direct you to instead swap inside at the top of our stairs inside the building (don't worry, we're on the same level as the main entrance).

The tricky part: Timing! Your cleans can be ready about 48-72 hours after your last pickup.

Note: The outdoor bin is a multi-use bin that holds both cleans and dirties. We bag your cleans up in plastic and hang them on a hook so they don't sit on top of the dirties, but still worth mentioning. If you'd prefer to not use the outdoor bin and instead prefer to swap inside at the top of our stairs, that's okay! Just let us know when you email us. Please note that indoor swaps must occur during business hours (9am-3pm, Monday-Thursday).

FOR ALL SELF-DROPS AND SELF-SWAPS: if you don't need service on your usual night, don't forget to hop on your My Service Schedule page to adjust your service accordingly.

If you would like to do a permanent self-swap service, we're game!  Just email us and we can come up with a fair weekly adjustment to the regular fee to where you pay a discounted service fee for acting as the driver. And we're still reimbursed for the laundering, diapers, and (less) labor.
